We’ve both always been into interiors. Making things for our homes, DIY projects, changing spaces, layouts and figuring out how to make something ourselves that still looks high-end. We wanted to make our own art in the same way.

Neither of us are artists, but we’ve always worked in creative fields across interiors, product design, fashion and marketing, so making things and caring about how they look has always been a big part of our lives.

But when we started looking into making our own art, getting everything together felt far more complicated than we expected. So we started putting it together ourselves.

Good materials, fabric canvases, the right tools, guidance when you want it and frames we custom-designed for Plan, handcrafted here in Edinburgh. A simple but satisfying way to make your own art at home, without needing to be an artist or know exactly where to start.

It’s still just the two of us behind it, and building the brand has been a wild ride. We’ve loved every second of it, but the best part is seeing people connect with the idea and seeing what you go on to make with it.
