Shipping policy

We currently ship within the UK and selected countries within the European Union.

UK Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of being received, delivery typically takes 1 - 3 working days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. The courier will contact you directly regarding delivery timing.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we always work to send your order promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Costs (UK)
We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £159. For orders under £159, UK delivery is £4.99.

European Union Delivery (IOSS)
We ship to selected countries within the European Union.

Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland and Sweden.

All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of being received, delivery typically takes 5 - 10 working days.

For orders with a total consignment value of €150 or less, VAT is collected at checkout under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. This means:

  • VAT is paid at the time of purchase
  • You should not be charged additional VAT on delivery
  • Customs duties should not apply to consignments under €150 (subject to local customs assessment)

For orders that:

  • Exceed €150 in total consignment value, or
  • Fall outside the scope of the IOSS scheme

VAT and any applicable customs duties will be payable upon import into the destination country. These charges are collected by the local customs authority or courier before delivery.

If VAT has been charged at checkout for an order that does not qualify under IOSS and you are required to pay import VAT on delivery, we will refund the VAT amount paid to us once proof of payment is provided.

Please note:

  • Any customs duties remain the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes
  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid import charges, return shipping costs and any associated fees may be deducted from any refund

Norway Delivery (VOEC)
All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of being received, delivery typically takes 5 - 10 working days.

We are registered under Norway’s VAT On E-Commerce (VOEC) scheme.

For orders where each individual item has a value of under NOK 3,000 (excluding shipping and insurance), Norwegian VAT (currently 25%) is collected at checkout. This means:

  • VAT is paid at the time of purchase
  • You should not be charged additional VAT on delivery for eligible orders
  • Orders are shipped under the VOEC scheme with our registration number included on customs documentation

For orders that:

  • Contain any individual item valued at NOK 3,000 or more (excluding shipping and insurance), or
  • Fall outside the scope of the VOEC scheme

VAT and any applicable customs duties will be payable upon import into Norway. These charges are collected by the Norwegian customs authority or courier before delivery.

United States Delivery
We ship to customers across the United States. All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of being received. Delivery to the United States typically takes 2 - 6 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Shipping costs for US orders are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, there will be no additional charges upon delivery. We cover all duties, import taxes, and customs-related costs to ensure your order arrives without unexpected fees.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your shipment.

Responsibility & Risk
By placing an order, you agree that ownership of the goods transfers to you once your parcel has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Please make sure someone is available to receive your parcel. If no one is in, the courier will contact you to re-arrange delivery.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you at the point of delivery.

If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, you must notify us within 72 hours. We will support an investigation with the courier, but outcomes are determined by their process.

Plan is not liable for consequential loss, inconvenience, or courier-related delays during investigation.
